Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated based on your order value:
- Orders below ₹250 — ₹49
- Orders ₹250 to ₹499 — ₹29
- Orders ₹500 and above — Free shipping

Cash on Delivery orders include a ₹30 handling fee.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your cart total.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS
- You can use this link to track your order in real time
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier partner issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or failed deliveries due to incomplete information.
